Viper is a character that only appeared in the Kiddy Grade manga, however, he also appeared in Kiddy Grade 2 Pilot as well.

Appearance Edit

Viper has long brownish grey hair tied in a ponytail at the back of his head. He has wide red eyes, inwhich the pupils seem to be somewhat rounder than anyone else's, and his lashes appear to be more squared. His pupils are small and narrow, possibly connecting to his name. His eyes are also really similar to her partner's, Virago's eyes.

Personality Edit

Viper has a more outgoing personality. He and his partner, Virago were referred to as "Ace" and "Alpha" by Veronica and by each other, due to their abilities.

Relationships Edit

  • Virago: The two of them seem to have a close relationship.

Etymology Edit

Viper is the short term in English for "Viperidae", which is a type of venomous snakes. The name "viper" is derived from the Latin word, vipera, -ae, which means "viper".

Trivia Edit

  • He is one of the characters that are either deceased or have disappeared.
  • Viper and Virago resembles to Tweedledee and Tweedledum in many things;
    • Both teams have a chinese theme running through their costumes.
    • Due to their similar appearance, Viper and Virago were thought to be siblings, just like Tweedledee and Tweedledum.
    • It appears that all four have a similar shaped eye, which doesn't appear to any other characters.
  • Viper is referred to as "Ace" by Veronica and Virago.
    • The word "ace" comes from the Old French word as (from Latin 'as') meaning 'a unit', from the name of a small Roman coin. It originally meant the side of a die with only one mark, before it was a term for a playing card. Since this was the lowest roll of the die, it traditionally meant 'bad luck' in Middle English, but as the ace is often the highest playing card, its meaning has since changed to mean 'high-quality, excellence'. This connotation has seen the word applied to an unreachable tennis serve, a successful fighter pilot and more generally as a person proficient in his or her field, especially a sporting field.
  • He never changed bodies during the Kiddy Grade series.
