Strom is the S-class ability of Tweedledee and has a similar fucation as Lumiere's Puppet ability. With the help of this ability Tweedledee can control electrical devices and she can use it for hacking.
In Kiddy Girl-And Tweedledee was able to make whips of electricity to use in battle.
