Quantum reconstruction is an S-Class ability that allows the user to re-create her former body by using her own quantum particles. This means that the user will never need a new body, as she will live forever in the same body.
However, this ability can't be applied to other people, so it only affects the user.
The only known user of this ability is Veronica, who, after almost 100 years came back to Aineias to fight against the GOTT and Eclipse, and still had the same body she had a 100 years ago. She didn't age either.
