The GTO Reception is located in the entrance of the GTO. It consists a large walking space, two stairs at the two sides of the room and a reception desk, where the reseptionists work in shifts.

The Reception only has 4 known receptionists; Alisa, Belle, and later Éclair and Lumiere.
Alisa and Belle work in normal shifts, while Éclair and Lumiere work in E-Shifts, which means that they can go and leave the reception's pult if there is an order from Hiver to go to her office.
