The ability 'Frigidity' is only used by one person in the enetire Kiddy Grade francise; it is used by Saphir, a G-Society member. Due to this, the class of this skill is unknown, but it is probably an S-Class ability.
This ability allows the user to manipulate ice to take up any form that the user requests. It can be used for both offensive and defensive attacks. The ice never melts, no matter what the surroundings' conditions are.
